Meet Your Hosts at Atlantis Lodge

The Atlantis opened in 1963 in the middle of a maritime forest directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Ruth Bray (Dot's mom) ran this beautiful lodge until she retired in 1980. A.C. retired from his position as City Planner in Raleigh, NC and moved to Pine Knoll Shores with Dot to run the Atlantis.

The Atlantis is a small, friendly, family oriented lodge that prides itself in preserving the environment around them. The property is very lush and is a wonderful little habitat for wildlife. Come and see why folks keep returning year after year.
